About the Club

Our Mission

• To help youth develop responsible citizenship and achievement within the Virginia 4-H Horse program.

• To stimulate member’s personal growth and development through shared interest in equine topics and activities.

• To have fun with equine subject matter while learning practical life skills 

• To develop effective leadership in youth and adults through equine activity programming.

What We Do

• Regular Meetings take place on the first Thursday of each month from 7 -8pm at Frying Pan Farm Park. Social time begins at 6:30.

• You do not need to own a horse to join the club.

• We do hippology/horsebowl (the study of horses), horseback riding and other horse related activities.
